HARRY EWERT - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Ewert has spent the past 35 years in senior leadership roles across technology sectors in responsibility roles as director, president/CEO, and chief operating officer. Mr. Ewert brings expertise in guiding global and national organizations, including IKON and Ricoh USA. Serving as an executive sales and marketing architect, Mr. Ewert applies creative and practical business methods to realize new revenue streams, higher profit margins, and increased supply chain efficiencies. These collective experiences have resulted in significant participation as a principal, across private equity, commercial real estate, technology and substantial startup capital raises. Mr. Ewert additionally brings the combination of a global presence and experience with multiple startups and the successful design and operation of businesses from inception, to sale, divestiture, or consolidation.

WILLIAM WESTBROOK - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

William Westbrook is a seasoned OTC market executive. With specialties in audit and compliance. From 2008 to 2013 Mr. Westbrook served as CEO of Estmar Global, Inc. located in West Point, Utah. Estmar a buyer and seller of physical commodities. From 2008 to 2009 Mr. Westbrook served as a business and management consultant for Aspen Technologies, located in Burlington, Massachusetts, working to locate lost revenue in the order to invoice system. From 2007 to 2008 Mr. Westbrook acted as the budget director for Romney for President tracking and auditing national expenses against contributions. William Westbrook served as assistant controller of the Lennar Corporation, located in Tucson, Arizona, overseeing just under $100,000,000 in development activity. In 2001 Mr. Westbrook received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, located in Provo, Utah.

WILLIAM HINZ - DIRECTOR, CHAIRMAN

Subsequent to nearly 40 years in Corporate America, as President of Allied Signal Aerospace (now Honeywell), Bill has served on a variety of Boards, both public, private, and government. Primarily focused on turnarounds growth strategies. Bill’s Board experience includes service with Vodavi, AEA, Tech America, Global Energy, Biocare, US Positioning, HB MedTek, Patriarch Partners, Easy Energy, and TrailerPro Technologies. Bill also served on the Arizona State University Masters Committee. Bill’s career is founded on building new companies with innovative products and processes, increasing shareholder value by taking privately owned companies public and amplifying the value of public company shares.

ANTHONY KER - DIRECTOR, SECRETARY & TREASURER

Tony’s career as a leader and operations expert spans more than 40 years, with experience as a chief officer in multiple entities, private and public. He currently serves as Director and Interim CEO of RDX Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded water treatment company. He is also CFO of Ridgeline Canada Inc., an environmental services company that provides consulting and remediation services to the Oil and Gas industry in Western Canada. Clients are most of the major oil and gas companies in Western Canada. Prior to these positions, Tony held various leadership positions with Gryphon Gold Corporation, Transcontinental Printing Inc., National Gold Corporation, and International Forest Products. Mr. Ker earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Forestry from the University of British Columbia.

DOUGLAS C BEAN - DIRECTOR

Mr. Bean currently is a Founder of Inductance Energy Corporation, and a Founder & Manager WYO TECH Investment Group, LLC.
His eclectic career has utilized his talents while employed by Hilton Hotels & Mirage Resorts as an International Marketing Executive for over 10 years. Mr. Bean was primarily responsible for developing business from a Japan, Thailand, & Malaysia customer base.
He also served as a Marketing Director for World Financial Group within the AEGON Companies. (also formerly Securities Licensed). His early career found him at Tokyo Disneyland, tasked as an Stage Entertainer and Voice-Recording Artist. Education: Brigham Young University & UNLV. Mr. Bean is fluent in Japanese.

CRAIG KITCHEN - DIRECTOR

On March 14, 2022, Craig Kitchen was appointed to the Company’s board of directors. Mr. Kitchen served as the Chief Commercial Officer for IAR Aircraft Services from August 2017 to September 2018. IAR Aircraft Services operates a fleet of C-130 aircraft in support of private global airlift and forest fire suppression. Mr. Kitchen served as Chief Commercial/Operations Officer for MD Helicopters (fmr. McDonnell Douglas Helicopter) from July 2007 to August 2017. His responsibilities included overseeing the development of commercial and military aircraft contracts. Mr. Kitchen has extensive public and private experience in finance. Prior to his retirement in 2017, from MD Helicopters, he was responsible for and signed a contract with the United States Army for $1.34 billion. Mr. Kitchen also served as Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Picher from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Kitchen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy in 1974 and is a retired United Airforce C-130 flight officer and flight instructor. Mr. Kitchen also earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado in 1982.
